Delivery terms

Orders over £60 (net value) are free of charge delivery but only Nationwide Mainland (exluding Scotland, Northern Ireland, Eire & all off-shore islands).
Orders under £60 are charged £5.40 carriage.
All orders with payment will be dispatched within 48 hours via next day courier service i.e. DPD.
Orders placed late Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
If for any reason there is a delay we will keep the customer informed of expected delivery times.
Goods will need a signed signature at the delivery address between 8am and 3pm.

Our aim is to get your order delivered within 48 hours of receipt of payment to addresses within the United Kingdom.
We will attempt to deliver products ordered by you to the delivery address stated on your order form.
Any orders that are returned to us as undelivered, will have a chargeable fee for carriege of £10 plus VAT plus administration costs.
You will not become the owner of the products until they have been delivered, at which time they will also become your risk and we will not be liable for any subsequent damage, loss or destruction to them.
Please note that missing parcels cannot have a claim launched until 15 working days after dispatch.
