If we're unable to contact you, we will treat the order as being cancelled, in which case we will refund the full amount paid for the order.

Whilst the majority of our products are stocked to a high level, if your products are not available at the time of purchase, we will notify you and either refund you for the cost and delivery of the unavailable products or notify you of the newly anticipated delivery date if you agree to it.

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.

We have made every effort to accurately portray the colours and appearance of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's screen will show this the same way.

Furthermore, due to the hand-crafted nature of From The Anvil's products, each item is unique and therefore subject to slight variations from the specified size and colour seen online.

All items displayed on our website are offered subject to availability.

Any prices or quotes obtained verbally are invalid and no responsibility or intent will be accepted. Quotes/prices are only legally binding when a written agreement is signed by both parties.

We must receive payment of the price of products and the delivery charges before we are able to accept your order.

Due to the quick processing time in our warehouse, we may be unable to add additional items to existing orders. While we will try our best to add additional items to your existing order, if we are unable to do so, they will be treated as a separate order and therefore subject to further carriage charges.

All return requests must be provided in writing and agreed with our customer services team in advance of your return. Products are to be returned at the customers' own expense and the customer may be charged a restocking fee dependent on the time taken to return the goods. Returned products must be fit for re-sale as assessed by us. If packaging is incomplete or product parts are missing or damaged, no credit will be given. The customer must provide us with the original invoice, dispatch note, or other proof of purchase.

Claims for shortages, damages, or incorrect products must be made within 7 days of receipt. Beyond this period, goods will be assumed to be satisfactory so we will take no further responsibility.
